Find why a public landing page URL is missing, unpublished or still showing an older domain, and gather the right details if support is needed.
Copy the actual public URL from the relevant page's publish or share area, not the editor address. Open it in a private window and note the complete hostname, path and the exact error. A preview link can work while a public page is not published.
Open the correct project in your PageLinker dashboard and verify whether it is a draft, published, expired or suspended. A saved draft is not a live website. Avoid repeatedly creating duplicates or changing account plans until you know the state.
If a PageLinker-provided public URL works but your own domain does not, check the assigned domain and its DNS or HTTPS status. If both fail, focus on the publish state or a genuine runtime error before editing DNS.
After any publish or domain update, open the final URL on mobile and desktop. Confirm its heading, contact buttons and favicon belong to the intended customer. Do not tell customers or ad networks to use a link that still returns a 404.
If the error persists, send support the affected page URL, approximate time, screenshot and what changed. Hide private visitor leads, security tokens, payment details and login links. Never share account passwords or OTPs.
