Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
PageLinker is a landing-page design and publishing platform. This notice explains the main information processed when using the builder, publishing a page and collecting enquiries.
Information used to operate PageLinker
When you sign in with Google or email, PageLinker handles your email address, account identity, and sign-in verification or session records. Your account also stores page drafts, published content, uploaded media, usage history, and workspace settings.
Visitor enquiries and lead forms
If you publish a landing page with a form, that page can collect the visitor information requested by the page owner, such as name, phone number, email, and message. Leads are stored for the page owner's follow-up and may trigger email notifications to that owner. Owners are responsible for explaining their own business's use of visitor data and for collecting only information they need.
Analytics and security
Published pages can record page views, button interactions, visitor identifiers and campaign attribution to provide analytics. PageLinker also processes limited technical request information to prevent spam, rate-limit abuse and verify legitimate form submissions. Essential session cookies are used to keep you signed in.
Service providers
PageLinker relies on infrastructure, storage, email delivery, login and, when you request generation, AI processing services to operate the product. Data needed to deliver each feature can be processed by those service providers. Avoid submitting sensitive personal or confidential information in generation prompts or public page drafts.
Access, changes and retention
Account owners and authorized workspace members can access relevant account and lead data according to their roles. You can edit pages and move pages into Recently deleted. That action may retain recoverable records; it is not a guarantee of immediate permanent erasure. Operational records may be kept for security, support and legitimate service needs.
Exporting and deleting an account
Authorized account managers can download a summary of account, workspace, billing, usage and page records in Account → Data after verifying their identity. To request deletion, contact support from the account settings page. Account ownership and legal retention needs must be reviewed; submitting a request does not instantly erase records. Save important page content and export records before asking for deletion.
